.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
become stationary over the area today. Low pressure will form
along the front W of the area late today and move over the waters
tonight into Tue while intensifying. The low will push a strong
cold front across the waters Tue. Another strong low will move SE
along the coast Tue night into Wed. Strong high pres will build
in from the W and NW Wed and slowly weaken while moving into the
W waters Wed night through Thu night. A low pressure trough will
then develop along the Oregon coast Fri and Fri night.
