New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front over the S waters
this morning will pass S of the area later today. A high pressure
ridge will build offshore this evening, then pass E over the
waters tonight into Mon. A weak low will pass E across the Gulf 
of Maine late Mon and Mon night. Another cold front will 
approach from the NW Tue, then pass SE across the area Tue 
night, followed by a low pressure trough on Wed. Another ridge
will build offshore Wed night, then move E over the waters Thu
and Thu night.
